As a Lead HRBP, you’ll support senior executives and their teams, acting as a trusted advisor on complex org-wide challenges spanning performance, talent development, org design, change management, and culture. You will regularly consult with senior-level leaders, influence cross-functional decisions, and create scalable solutions that drive high-impact outcomes. This role will be aligned with Reddit’s Sales organization and will report directly to our Senior Director HRBP, Revenue.
